I’m trying to add my bank account but it’s not listed in Plaid. What are my options?

If your bank is not listed in the app you can give us a call and we will be more than happy to add it for you. Please have your account and routing number handy.

Additionally, to protect the security of your account, we'll ask you to provide us with your most recent bank statement showing your first and last name along with the last 4 digits of your account number. This document can be emailed to verification@meettally.com.
