I’m trying to add my bank account but it’s not listed in Plaid. What are my options?

If your bank is not listed in the app you can give us a call and we will be more than happy to add it for you. Please have your account and routing number handy.

Once you speak with a member of our team, we will also request additional information to protect the security of your account before we fully activate your new bank account.
