Why did my card become de-linked?

  • Changes you make to your credit card account (anything from updating settings to changing your password).
  • Changes your creditor makes to accounts (updated terms and conditions, requests to update your salary etc). 

We recommend logging in on your card issuer's website or app manually — without Face ID, Touch ID, or autofill — to make sure you aren't being prompted to update your credentials or to view any promotions.
